William Benjamin St. Clair is a data engineer and machine learning researcher from Merced and Cupertino, California. He earned his doctorate in Cognitive and Information Sciences in 2016 from the University of California Merced, where he received his B.S. in Applied Mathematics in 2009. His research focuses on distributed representation in neural networks.
